1.2 What is the registration fee?

Teams that will be accommodated by PSG pay 1000 SEK/team. Teams without accommodation pay 1200 SEK/team. 5-a-side teams pay 600 SEK/team.

1.3 What is the cost for a food band, and what does it include?

The food band includes accommodation in schools Thursday-Sunday, 8 meals from Friday breakfast - Sunday lunch, free transport with the tournament busses, free entrance to the disco. The cost is 830 SEK/pp.

Free entrance to the disco and free transport between the arenas. More info later.

2. Transport

2.1. What is the time table for the tournament busses?

The busses usually depart with 30 minutes differances. The main bus stop is Nolia. The busses run Friday through Sunday. All of the schools have time tables posted on the wall at the information desk, and they are also included in the bag that the teams get at the checking in.

2.2. How can I travel to Piteå?

PSG collaborates with SJ (The Swedish Railway company) and Resia (a travel agency). We have a charter train that departs from Stockholm Central station on Wednesday evening and heads back for Stockholm Sunday evening.
Tickets can be purchased at Resia, +46 911 55 90 20.
The ordinary night train runs as well between Stockholm and Älvsbyn.
If you travel by air there are several departures for Luleå Airport.
If you travel by bus you arrive at Piteå busstation.

2.3. Transfer

Teams that need transfer can book this at the PSG office, or directly on the team page. Bustransfer for teams that arrive in Luleå or Älvsbyn is 150 SEK/pp roundtrip. The offer is valid for teams that arrive on Thursday and depart on Sunday. We can assist with transfer arrangements for teams that arrive earlier/departs later. Teams that arrive at Piteå busstation get free transfer to the accommodation. Teams that arrive with the PSG-train get the luggage transported and walk to the school.

3. Competition

3.1. How long are the games?

11-a-side play 2*20 minutes. 7-a-side/5-a-side play 2*15 minutes. B16/G16 play 2/25 minutes.

3.2. When will the playing schedule be done?

We will have a playing schedule (preliminary) in the middle of May. There will be changes, if neccesary, until the tournament begin.

4. Accommodation

4.1 Where will the team be accommodated?

PSG offers accommodation at Pitholm, Munksund, City, Öjebyn, Storfors, Sjulnäs and Hortlax. All teams will have accommodation. The place of accommodation will be notified in the begining of June.

4.2 How big are the class rooms?

The size of the class room is calculated by the number of participation fees that has been paid. We assume that the mattrasses used are a maximum of 80 cm wide. Please note this!

5. Food

5.1. What are the opening hours for the school diner?

Breakfast Fri-Sun 06.00-08.30, lunch Fri-Sat 10.30-14.30, Sun 10.30-15.30. dinner Fri-Sat 16.00-18.30.

5.2. If we want to purchase tickets for random meals - what do we do?

Tickets for meals can be purchased at every school information desk, and also at the main information centre at Nolia. The cost is 30 SEK/breakfast and 60 SEK for lunch/dinner.

5.3. Where can we eat on Thursday?

We offer the possibility to eat at Strömbackaskolan on Thursday. The cost is 60 SEK for lunch/dinner. Please pre-book your meals on your team page, or directly at the PSG office. Don't forget to mention any allergies upon booking! Lunch 10.00 - 13.00 and dinner 17.00 - 18.30.

6. Festivities

6.1. When is the opening ceremony?

The opening ceremony take place on Friday evening. There will be a parade through Piteå City where all teams participate. The gathering spot for the parade is at the field NO8 between 19.30 and 20.10. At 20.15 the parade begin. More information will follow.

6.2. When is the disco?

The disco will take place on Saturday evening between 19.00 and 23.00 at Nolia.

7. Camping

7.1. Where and how do I make a reservation for my caravan/tent? What are the regulations?

Book at the PSG office +46 911 147 00, or via e-mail camping@piteasummergames.se
Camping at the schools are primary for parents that have their children accommodated in the school. Limited number of places!

7.2. What is the camping fee?

All caravans cost200 SEK/night. There are only 6 Ampere fuses.
All tents cost 100 SEK/night.

You must pre-book!

7.3. How do I pay?

We will send an invoice via e-mail. Payment equals a guaranteed spot at the camp site.

7.4. Where can we emty the latrine container?

The latrine compartments can be emptied at Nolia, in a designated place. More information will be given upon arrival.
